How to Create a Curated Home with Antiques | Mixing Vintage & Modern Styles

There’s just something about antiques that brings so much charm and character to a home—but I know they can feel a little intimidating. Maybe you’re not sure where to start, or you worry they’ll make your space feel dated. I promise, that’s not the case!

In this video, we’re diving into:
✨ Why designers always use secondhand pieces (hint: quality, craftsmanship & sustainability!)
✨ How antiques can fit into any style—broken down with mood boards.
✨ Easy ways to start thrifting without feeling overwhelmed—plus tips for mixing vintage & new in a way that feels effortless.

And my biggest tip? Forget the “rules” and go with what you love! Building a home takes time, and letting your style evolve naturally is so much more rewarding than rushing to fill a space—no matter what social media might lead us to believe.

P.S. While I use antique and vintage interchangeably, there is a difference—antiques are items over 100 years old, while vintage refers to pieces 20-99 years old. No matter the age, secondhand treasures can transform your space in the best way!
